Job Description:
- Providing overarching strategy and solutioning support for Oracle EBS Payroll Upgrades
- Exposure to other modules within Oracle EBS HRMS is a plus.
- Work with our customers assessing their HCM needs, recommend future road maps to close performance gaps and develop high level upgrade plans based on industry best practices
- Contribute to defining project scope, goals, success criteria, and deliverables that support business objectives/drivers in collaboration with project sponsor and stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical and business teams in developing practical and cost-effective technology solutions
- Participate in the design and testing of any changes to existing global system so that it adheres to our existing practices, procedures, and standards
- Proactively collaborate within team and stakeholders to ensure HCM change impacts are organized, well understood, and professionally delivered
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of years of Oracle EBS HRMS experience in Payroll
- Implementations and/or Upgrades is required
- Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS HRMS, specifically Payroll
- Keen understanding of Oracle HRMS across all modules and how they interact with each other.
- Prior experience in Oracle EBS and/or Peoplesoft; required
- Ability to quickly understand HR concepts and apply to technology
- Ability to lead a team, as well as be hands on to assist in configuration as needed.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients
